Royal is a very youthful, but elegant cocktail dress with a V neckline, organza cap sleeves, a shirred bodice and waist, and diagonal overlapping tiers of fabric down the skirt cut above the knee. It is also comfortable! The fabric is polyester chiffon, and it has a back zipper. I love this dress!
