"Red Halter" is a halter top cocktail dress with a pleated skirt, the bodice is shirred and tight fitting, but the material is stretchy.  The bodice has a bow and a brooch.  The dress has a semi-circular skirt, a back zipper, and it comes with a matching scarf.  The fabric is polyester satin made in the USA.  It is a cool and comfortable dress!
