Order as though the product picture was a cover-up rather than just the fabric.  Include the bust size, height and shoulder to shoulder measurements, and I will custom make the cape style cover-up with front ties.  If you need a swatch of material, I will send it to you, however, the colors in the pictures are very accurate.  Allow 2-4 weeks.  The fabric shown is polyester lace in rose color.
