This necklace is to die for!  It is designed with huge real turquoise beads that have been reconstituted meaning that they are perfect in shape and color.  The other beads are sterling silver round beads studded with blue topaz.  This is perfection!  The necklace is 17-1/2 inches long, and the clasp is a fancy sterling silver tab insert type with a light topaz cabachon, and the earwires are sterling silver lever backs.  This necklace set is certainly one of a kind!
