At Carnival, anything goes and so do the colors in my necklace and earring set, "Carnival"! Here we merge blue and green, which before was not considered color co-ordinated, but what about the grass and the sky or the sky and the sea? They are natural together, so why not green and blue beads together? In the necklace, I have faceted green and blue quartz nuggets and faceted fire-polished yellow beads which represent the grass, sky and golden sun. The necklace is 19-1/2 inches in length and is strung on 49 strand stainless steel wire coated with nylon for strength and durability. The earrings have one blue quartz nugget and two fire-polished yellow beads each, and the toggle clasp and earwires are sterling silver. As in Carnival, this color combination is to have fun with , so enjoy! |
