"Terrific Teal" is an adorable party/prom dress that is simple, but elegant. It is tea length, has medium straps, and has a shirred bodice and waist with a bead embellishment. It is tight fitting with a semi-circular skirt that grazes the knee. The fabric is polyester chiffon, and it has a back zipper. It is great!
