This ring is a beauty!  The mabe pearl is just over 1/2 inch wide, and is set in sterling silver with a CZ embellishment on each side.  The ring is 5/8 inch wide on top and graduates down to 3/8 inch in back.  The size is 6, but it can be sized up and down.  It's weight is 7 grams.
