Our Marcasite fancy collar necklace is absolutely stunning! If you're not familiar with Marcasite, it is the jewelry the stars wore in the '40s because it would out-shine a diamond! The necklace is Sterling Silver with hundreds of inset Marcasite stones and has petite Marcasite pendants all around the necklace. It is 18 inches in length and is 1/4 inch wide extending to 1/2 inch with the pendants. The clasp is a tab insert which is strong. The earrings hang from Sterling Silver fish-hooks and are petite squares with four inset Marcasite stones. The picture does not do it justice since the necklace really shines, so bear that in mind. This necklace is truly unique! |
